What is “Points to the Cross” Archery Club?
Welcome to “Points to the Cross” Archery Club
Points to the Cross Archery Club is a National Archery Association Member. Instructors are NAA certified. We currently specialize in children’s JOAD (Junior Olympic Archery Development) training, ASAP (After School Archery Programs, Summer Camp programs, and more. There is something for everyone!
- Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD)- Recurve, Compound, and Flight Divisions- College Divisions- Archers with Disabilities Programs- Indoor, Outdoor, Field, Collegiate and JOAD National and World Events- Club, State and Regional Tournaments- Olympic and Pan American Games- Junior and Senior U.S. Archery Teams and Training- Scholarship Programs
Junior Olympic Archery Development (JOAD)
The JOAD Program provides archery instruction and competition for young archers (scholastic age) across the country and in foreign countries. Through the JOAD Olympian Awards program, these archers can earn incentives as they develop and improve their scores up the ranks of Yeoman, Jr. Bowman, Bowman, Junior Archer, Archer, Master Archer, Expert Archer, Olympian, Silver Olympian and Gold Olympian.From beginners to Gold Olympians, thousands of young archers learn the fun and excitement of archery in our JOAD Club. We also provide continuity for JOAD archers to participate in the sport beyond the age of eighteen through college and other club programs as well.
